Change country in Paypal

A customer cannot change paypal address to another country.

The law applicable to PayPal accounts differ by country. Hence,you can’t change your address to a country that is different from the country you used when you opened your account.

If you’re moving abroad, you’ll need to close your existing account and open a new account.

If you maintain residences in 2 countries, you can have 2 PayPal accounts as long as only one is a Business account. If you simply wish to have a “U.S.-based PayPal account,” but are not moving back to the U.S., your request is impossible.

You must have a proven address in the country where you wish to register your account.Multi-currency transactions, however, can have a lot of flexibility. For example, you can pay or receive payments in a very high number of currencies.
